No. All our packages are month-to-month. We ask for 30 days notice if you want to cancel, so we have time to prepare a clean handover package. Other than that, no lock-in.

We work in QuickBooks Online and Xero. If you're already on one of them, great — we'll pick up where you left off. If you're starting from scratch or on something else, we'll recommend which one is a better fit for your business and handle the migration.

This is genuinely one of the most common situations we see from trades businesses. We offer catch-up bookkeeping to get you current, priced separately from your ongoing monthly plan. Once you're caught up, we move you to the right monthly package. No judgement — just solutions.

We primarily serve Barrie and Simcoe County, but since we're 100% cloud-based, location is not really a barrier. If you're in Ontario and do trades work, reach out — we can often still help. What matters most is that you're in Ontario and subject to the same CRA and HST rules we specialize in.

Yes — we offer corporate year-end and T2 returns ($1,500–$3,500) and personal T1 returns in tax season ($150–$600+). We also prepare clean year-end packages for clients who prefer to use their own accountant. Either way, you're covered.
